#2328 Use cacheImageName for local development environments

Local development environments now use the configured cacheImageName setting to enable reuse of cached Business Central images, reducing container creation time by avoiding repeated Business Central installations.

What changed

  • CreateDevEnv passes cacheImageName to Run-AlPipeline instead of always using an empty imageName
  • BcContainerHelper can now reuse artifact-specific cached images when available
  • Container creation time is significantly reduced when matching images already exist
  • Default cacheImageName value is ‘my’; users can disable by setting it to empty string
  • Cloud development environment behavior remains unchanged
  • Behaviour changes for users or extensions.
