Sales Order Agent AI operations move to GPT-5.5 chat deployments for attachment extraction, item search expansion, and item selection while leaving other SOA AI calls on GPT-4.1.

- Relevance checks, mail template validation and signature handling stay on GPT-4.1 latest
- Attachment extraction can still send file parts because GPT-5.5 chat preview is already on the multimodal allow-list
- Prompts, schemas, temperature, max tokens and JSON mode are unchanged; only the deployment is swapped
- Behaviour changes for users or extensions.
