#10343 [Subcontracting] Bug 641241: Notify to install Subcontracting app in Subcontracting Worksheet
A notification now prompts users on SaaS to install the Subcontracting app when they access the obsolete Subcontracting Worksheet page, with options to install or dismiss the message.
