#12293 Remove CLEAN27 from Warehouse
Removes code guarded by CLEAN27 from warehouse codeunits, tables and a report in the Base Application. Elements obsoleted earlier are now deleted, so extensions still using them must be updated.

- Deletes 711 lines of CLEAN27 code across 11 warehouse objects
- Touches the inventory pick, movement and put-away creation codeunits, plus Create Pick and Create Put-away
- Touches the Whse.-Activity-Post, Whse.-Activity-Register and Whse. Jnl.-Register Line codeunits
- Also cleans up the Warehouse Entry, Warehouse Register and Warehouse Setup tables and the Whse. Get Bin Content report
- Extensions that still reference the removed obsolete elements will no longer compile
- Breaking: existing extensions can stop compiling or working.
