#8646 [PEPPOL] Add PEPPOL SE localization: Swedish organisation number for endpoints under scheme 0007
A Swedish PEPPOL localization app normalizes Swedish organisation numbers in electronic addresses and legal entity identifiers to the correct 10-digit format when emitted under scheme 0007, following the PEPPOL BIS 3.0 standard.
