#8754 [Bug Fix] #638815: Subcontracting: actionable error for blank Subc. Location Code on WIP transfers

The subcontracting transfer order report now raises a clear validation error when the subcontractor has no Subc. Location Code configured for WIP transfers, instead of showing a generic unhelpful message.

  • Replaces a silent exit with a TestField error on the vendor’s blank Subc. Location Code in the WIP transfer path
  • WIP transfer path now validates the location code the same way the components path does
  • Users see an actionable misconfiguration error instead of the generic ‘Nothing to create’ message
  • Regression test added to the WIP transfer create test codeunit
  • Behaviour changes for users or extensions.
