#9079 Bug 631472: Cost Shares Breakdown (WIP) does not filter by Item

Cost Shares Breakdown report now correctly filters capacity ledger entries by the selected item when printing WIP inventory costs, ensuring only the filtered item appears in the report.

  • Uses the existing CopyFilters/IsEmpty pattern for consistency with WIP buffer filtering
