#9446 [Extensibility Request] issue 30216: add OnPostItemJnlLineJobConsumptionOnBeforePrepareJobLine event in codeunit 90 Purch.-Post

A new integration event `OnPostItemJnlLineJobConsumptionOnBeforePrepareJobLine` is added to codeunit 90 Purch.-Post, allowing extensions to modify the quantity to invoice and optionally bypass standard job line preparation during purchase posting.
