Sustainability module fixes for carbon tracking with item charges, value chain posting, and setup validations. Corrects proportional CO2e distribution across split item ledger entries, adds missing value entries for undo operations, and improves field visibility and defaults.

What changed
- Item charge CO2e is now spread proportionally across split item ledger entries and tracking specifications
- Undo purchase receipt now recomputes sustainability value entries, and service documents now post emissions
- A message warns when the Specific carbon tracking method is used without serial or lot specific item tracking
- CO2e per Unit field added to the Sust. Item Journal page
- Installation Multiplier on purchase lines now defaults to 1 for distance-based Scope 3 emissions
- Behaviour changes for users or extensions.
