#9653 [Master][ALL-E] No Reservation created when the item is selected by Description in Sales Lines

For Reserve = Always items, choosing the item through the Description lookup on a sales order line now creates the automatic reservation. Before, only manual description entry did, because xRec resynced after SaveRecord and the No. change guard became false.

What changed

  • Capture the No. field change state before SaveRecord to prevent the guard condition from becoming false when xRec resynchronizes
  • Set CurrFieldNo at three points where Description resolves to item No.: exact match, similar match, and lookup selection/restoration
  • Fixes automatic reservation for the description lookup dropdown path while preserving the working manual description entry path
  • Adds test coverage in SCMReservation and SCMSalesOrderManagement test codeunits
  • Changes applied across multiple localization layers (W1, NA, BE, ES, CH, FI, GB, IT, NO, SE, RU, APAC)
  • Behaviour changes for users or extensions.
