Overview

The Austria purchasing section is about one process: delivery reminders. These notify vendors about overdue deliveries. The pages cover setup, creation, review, and issuing.

Start with the overview page, “Delivery reminders in the Austrian version”. It links to the other procedures. For setup, configure reminder terms, levels, and custom text. Then assign delivery reminder codes to vendors.

Once setup is done, create reminders in one of two ways: generate them automatically, or create them manually. You can print test reports to review and modify reminders before you issue them to vendors.
