Overview

This section covers one German-specific purchasing feature, delivery reminders. They let you track and manage vendor delivery delays by sending reminders to suppliers. The “Delivery Reminders [DE]” page is the overview, and the other pages describe individual steps.

The pages follow the workflow. First set up delivery reminders, including terms, levels and reminder text. Then assign delivery reminder codes to vendors. Next create reminders, either by generating them automatically or by creating them manually. Before issuing, you can print a test report to review and change the reminders. A separate page describes issuing and points to the related generate, create and test report pages.
