Overview

This section lists the individual reports used to analyze and document service management. Each page describes one report and the data it shows, such as contract numbers, customers, responsibility centers, service items, dates, and amounts.\n\nThe reports fall into several groups. Contract reports cover contract lists and details, gain/loss entries, quotes, salesperson and customer views, and prepaid entries. Test reports let you check results before you act. They show which contracts are due for invoicing or a price update on a date, which service orders would be created for a period, which contract lines have expired, and whether a service document has a valid posting date and something to post. Item and order reports cover service items, warranty, worksheets, tasks, labels, response time, and the dispatch board. Profit and capacity reports cover service profit by contract, responsibility center, order, and item, plus load level, resource usage, pricing profitability, and maintenance performance. Document reports produce quotes, orders, invoices, credit memos, and shipments for customers.\n\nStart with the overview page named Service management reports, then open the page for the report you need. Pick the group that matches your question: planning and testing, monitoring contracts, tracking items and orders, analyzing profit, or printing customer documents.
