The section is split by stage of work. Fulfill service contracts covers creating contracts and quotes, managing contract lines and lifecycle, changing annual amounts, and service items under multiple contracts. Deliver service walks through quotes, orders, resource allocation, service tasks, loaners, posting, and invoicing. Planning service explains pricing, repair status, allocation status, and how order status derives from item repair statuses. Service management analytics holds service statistics and 37 reports.
