Overview

The video covers sales analytics improvements in the 2026 release wave 1. The focus is customer loyalty and built-in reporting. Two new Power BI reports show whether customers are recurring, churning or returning, by geography or by customer, with history over time. An ABC Analysis report divides items into categories A, B and C by sales volume. It is mainly an inventory feature with sales analysis uses.

The video also covers smaller changes. Five sales reports shipped in fall 2025 get pivot table subtotals. Analysis views can now ship with AL apps, and out-of-the-box analysis views are being added to the sales order list. Sales demo data is extended with open sales orders, back orders and better data distribution.
