#12066 Bugs/remove asm inv mfg clean27 tags for wave2 2026
Removes the obsolete code that was kept under CLEAN27 conditional compilation in assembly, inventory, manufacturing and planning objects of the Base Application, its localization layers, and the Subcontracting, Sustainability and CZ Advanced Localization Pack apps.

- Deletes code previously marked obsolete and guarded by CLEAN27 tags

- Extensions still using the removed obsolete members must be updated
- Breaking: existing extensions can stop compiling or working.
