Fields on this page

Layout controls in source order, grouped by the container they sit in. Shows: the table field a control is bound to (or its expression as written); ToolTip: the control’s own, else the bound field’s (marked).

Group Control Shows ToolTip
Control1 Code Code Specifies a number series code.
Description Description Specifies a description of the number series.
Starting Date StartDate Specifies the date from which you want this number series to apply. You use this field if you want to start a new series at the beginning of a new period. You set up a number series line for each period. The program will automatically switch to the new series on the starting date.
Starting No. StartNo Specifies the first number in the series.
Ending No. EndNo Specifies the last number in the series.
Last Date Used LastDateUsed Specifies the date when a number was most recently assigned from the number series.
Last No. Used LastNoUsed Specifies the last number that was used from the number series.
Warning No. WarningNo Specifies when you want to receive a warning that the number series is running out. You enter a number from the series. The program will provide a warning when this number is reached. You can enter a maximum of 20 characters, both numbers and letters.
Increment-by No. IncrementByNo Specifies the value for incrementing the numeric part of the series.
Default Nos. Default Nos. Specifies whether this number series will be used to assign numbers automatically.
Manual Nos. Manual Nos. Specifies that you can enter numbers manually instead of using this number series.
Date Order Date Order Specifies to check that numbers are assigned chronologically.
Allow Gaps in Nos. AllowGaps Specifies that a number assigned from the number series can later be deleted. This is practical for records, such as item cards and warehouse documents that, unlike financial transactions, can be deleted and cause gaps in the number sequence. This setting also means that new numbers will be generate…
Implementation Implementation Specifies the implementation to use for getting numbers.

Calls

From the extracted call graph of BC29 (graphify-al on the snapshot checkout): calls whose target is known from a declared type or an Object::"Name" argument. Interface dispatch and calls through events are not counted, so the list is not complete.

Procedure bodies are not stored here (D10). The call sections above are our own, per object, from the BC29 call graph. For a procedure body or the calls of one procedure, ask bc-code-atlas (external, by Stefan Maron, MIT; default corpus w1-28), which the bc-observatory plugin connects: bcatlas_resolve_node(object_type: "page", object_name: "No. Series"), then bcatlas_get_procedure_body or bcatlas_get_neighbors on the returned id.
