Key points

  • Sales report overview is the entry page. It links to report documentation, ad-hoc analysis, Power BI integration and sales analytics.
  • Aged Accounts Receivable is an Excel report. It groups customer ledger entries into aging buckets by due date and global dimensions, with four worksheets that cover local and foreign currency.
  • Customer - Order Summary groups outstanding order quantities into three 30-day periods. Inventory Sales Back Orders lists sales lines whose outstanding quantity cannot be filled by the shipment date.
  • The standard sales documents cover quotes, order confirmations, draft, pro forma and posted invoices, credit memos, shipments and return receipts. Options include interaction logging, archiving and hiding zero-quantity lines.
  • The Standard Sales Pro Forma Invoice is meant for customs. It shows country of manufacture, tariff numbers and net weight.
  • The Contract reports for quotes, order confirmations and invoices add subscription billing details. On quotes and order confirmations, service commitments are grouped by billing period. On the order confirmation they are kept out of the subtotal and VAT.
  • Two QR variants exist: the posted sales invoice adds a payment QR code, and the posted credit memo adds a QR code for e-document support. The Sust. quote and invoice reports add CO2e per unit and total CO2e figures, formatted according to Sustainability Setup.
