Summarize (preview) covers Copilot's summarize capability in Business Central, which turns records such as customers, items and sales orders into bullet-point insights in the FactBox pane. It answers how to use and control summaries, how responsible AI applies, and how to troubleshoot Expense Agent issues.

Overview
Summarize is a Copilot capability that generates a short, bullet-point summary of a record, for example a customer, item or sales order. The summary appears in a summary part in the FactBox pane. It draws on fields, FactBoxes and related pages, and only on data the user has permission to access.
The section has three pages. “Summarize a record with Copilot” is the practical starting point: it explains where the summary shows up and what you can do with it. “Responsible AI FAQ for summarize (preview)” explains the purpose of the feature, how it highlights key insights and urgent information, and how feedback and harmful content filtering work. A third page, “Troubleshoot Expense Agent Issues”, covers a different feature and lists common Expense Agent problems and how to resolve them.
