Overview

This section covers the ways to tailor Business Central. The overview page “Customizing Business Central” introduces the approaches: profile customization, experience settings, colored indicators on cues, app installation and page personalization. Start there to pick the right approach.

The remaining pages each cover one task. “Customizing Pages for Roles” explains how administrators change page layouts for profiles and roles. “Enable Premium features” shows how to select the experience level in Company Information. The Cue page explains how to set colored indicators on Role Center tiles.
