Two removals break code this week: #12290 deletes CLEAN27 code from Service Management across W1 and many localizations, including obsolete ES and IT objects, and #12293 does the same for Warehouse, so extensions still using those elements must be updated. Among behaviour changes, #12198 fixes inconsistent Source Currency on G/L entries for LCY and cash postings, #12141 corrects project ledger costs for non-deductible VAT in a foreign-currency project, and #11848 includes foreign currency opening balances in report 11564. Manufacturing fixes cover finishing orders with rounding differences (#11959), reserved quantities after planning (#12188), undoing output in a non-base unit (#12059) and #11994. Subscription Billing gets #10446, #10182 and #11637. Shopify fixes are #12260, #12215, #12214 and #12139, plus delivery timestamps in #11604. E-documents add self-billed Peppol export (#11560), a warning before releasing an already sent purchase order (#12306), a visible error for unmatched order responses (#12055) and a German IssueDate fix (#9347).
