Ensure Consistency in Journals With Journal Check

Overview

The video shows how to get real-time guidance on journal consistency in Business Central. The Journal Check option is turned on in General Ledger Setup with the Enable Data Check setting.

Once enabled, a Journal Check fact box appears on the right side of journal pages. It shows that there is an issue and gives the total issues. When a specific line is selected, it also lists any issues with that line, so problems can be seen while entering data.
