Four breaking changes lead the week, all in BCApps. #12194 turns off default credentials in Http Web Request Mgt. and SOAP Web Service Request Mgt., so on-premises callers must now opt in with SetUseDefaultCredentials(true). #11484 adds per-document-type direction (Incoming, Outgoing or Both) to E-Document services. #12066 and #12053 remove CLEAN27 code across Base Application, localizations and several apps. Also, #12133 makes Web Request Helper reject file:// URLs and #12157 marks the GetAddress.io objects obsolete. Subscription Billing got fixes in #10347, #10210, #11824, #10447 and #10156. Subcontracting fixes include #12080, #11945, #11938, #11644 and #11368. Expense Agent work includes approval limits in #11639, policy evaluation history in #11628 and travel request changes in #12074, with #11996 limiting configuration edits to admins. Tax and localization fixes cover #12119 for APAC unrealized VAT, #12008 and #12007 for Indian TDS, #11632 for source currency amounts with reverse charge VAT and #11852 for Spanish allocation accounts. Shopify Tax Matching changed in #11899 and #11722. Power BI deployment now works outside evaluation companies (#12189), Fabric export setup arrives in #11314, and #11967 blocks Edit in Excel on User table pages. AL-Go changed in #2382, #2379, #2367, #2380 and #2378, and BCQuality #204 tightens review validation.
